Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions

Referrals are valid for new customers within any area serviced by Figment.
Referrals must be submitted to Figment before a new order is received - either through this referral form or at the time the order is placed. New customers must submit an order for service online and Figment will contact the new customer to arrange an installation date.
Referrals will be credited on the referring customer's monthly bill once the referred customer's service is installed and operating. The credit will be one month service equivalent to the service package being ordered.
Referral credit will only be applied to customer accounts in good credit standing.
Only new Figment customers can be referred. No credit will be given for referring existing or returning Figment customers.
Credits do not have cash value.
