* Customers that choose to have Figment register their .ca, .com, .org, .us, .cn, .biz or .net domains on their behalf will be registered through WebNames.ca. All domain name registration fees for domains registered by Figment apply per domain and will be billed directly by Figment.

NOTE: The domain name will only be registered after a payment authorization is received on a credit card, or payment is received and cleared in the form of a cheque or money order. Figment can register the following TLDs: .ca, .com, .net, .org, .us, .cn, and .biz through our affiliate WebNames.ca.

* Figment can host any foreign domain. However, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact their local registrar to arrange for an update to the DNS. Once the update is completed, the customer must inform Figment at support@figment.ca that the DNS records have been updated.

* Registration does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration or use of the domain name.
