* Customers that choose to have Figment register their .ca, .com, .org, .us, .cn, .biz or .net domains on their behalf will be registered through WebNames.ca. * Figment can host any foreign domain. However, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact their local registrar to arrange for an update to the DNS. Once the update is completed, the customer must inform Figment at support@figment.ca that the DNS records have been updated.

* Registration does not confer immunity from objection to either the registration or use of the domain name.
